The insane bike ride.

On Sunday Aug. 17th, I will be on a bike ride, some say insane, I say fun.

It will be on the Silver Comet Trail, a paved railroad bed.

Starting in Smyrna and going to Rockmart, it will be about an 80 mile round trip.

Daniel, Jeff, Nathaniel,Myself and maybe a couple of others will go on the trip.We have a bail out plan in place if the ride back is to daunting.

Mountain Biking

Mountain biking is sometimes in my head. Living near the lake with trails helps alot with getting to ride when I want. Not only do I get a workout from riding but I also use the time to work out things in my head. I like riding in the woods, with the trees and branches flying by as I speed along the trail.
